PartyBus offers service level commitments through enterprise agreements. This page summarizes how we handle uptime commitments today.
Availability Commitments
Formal uptime targets, support response times, and service credits are defined in enterprise contracts. If you do not have a contract, the service is provided on a best-effort basis.
Incident Communication
We post incident updates on our status page and notify impacted enterprise customers directly when required.
